However, once the infrastructure is built, it is also necessary to maintain the Infrastructure. Organizations find this to be the most difficult part. We at TIS, have always been sensitive to this requirement. Since, we are also into implementation, our NOC support team is also backed up by a very strong backend team that can deal with very complex issues that may arise during operations. Our consulting team also provides key inputs in the areas of upgrade and migration, thus ensuring that the client gets a well rounded support, instead of just simple monitoring and support. For those organization, which require physical presence for support we also provide Residential Engineers, who again are supported by an entire backend team of NOC Engineers and our implementation and consulting teams. We constantly achieve our SLA commitments, which is why our customers keep faith in us and renew our contracts.
